It includes a laser-engraved steel QR plaque, NFC chip, permanent Ethereum blockchain record, pre-loaded wallet, 4 free provenance entries, stickers and full instructions. Free UK tracked postage included.
How is the Starter Pack different from the Physical Package?
The Physical Package is our standard offering priced on enquiry depending on the item. The Starter Pack is a time-limited bundle at £20 that adds a pre-loaded wallet, 4 free provenance entries, stickers and free postage on top of the core physical components. If you’re certifying your first item, the Starter Pack is the best starting point.
How long does certification take?
The blockchain record is created within 24 hours of receiving your item details. Physical items are made to order and shipped within 3–5 working days of minting.
Can I add provenance entries after I receive the pack?
Yes — your blockchain record lives permanently on Ethereum and can be updated at any time. The Starter Pack includes 4 entries free; after that, entries are £4.99 each (£6.99 with an image), or £39 for a bundle of 10. An optional Provenance Maintenance plan (£12/year, first year free with any package) keeps your media pinned and your certificate current. There’s no limit to the total number of entries a token can hold.
What items can be certified?
Any item of value with a story worth preserving: fine art, antiques, classic cars, rare wine, fine jewellery, yachts, aviation memorabilia, sports collectibles, musical instruments and more. If it matters to you, we can certify it. Contact us if your item isn’t on our usual list.
Is the blockchain record permanent?
Yes. Once minted on the Ethereum blockchain, your record cannot be altered or deleted. It is publicly verifiable by anyone, anywhere, forever — entirely independent of Neochron’s continued operation.
